(Tibetan) Buddhist centre!
Tomorrow between 10-11am I am going to visit a Buddhist centre and I am so excited :) If the feeling is right, I am going to participate in meditation class later the same day (7-9.30pm) and the one being held tomorrow focuses on the theme “How to solve our human problems”. During the class we will presumably do buddhist prayers, meditation, teaching, q&a.
I do not wish to identify with any religion - I simply call myself spiritual. Nevertheless, religion can sometimes offer contemplation and deepening to spirituality.
I feel that I must be extra observant of my ego and mind tomorrow. Ego seeks identification, labels, judgments - anything to create a false sense of self and cause distraction and separation from the Now (where there is nothing but presence in Being), and so I must not mistake the recognition of Truth with the desire of outwardly acceptance (which indicates inner non-acceptance).
Excuse me if the last part was a bit messy :) Some things are just hard to write about, because you can’t find the words.
